Overview
AfterQuery produces the evaluation and training data that frontier AI labs rely on to measure how their models handle real professional work. In this contractor role, ARRT certified radiologic technologists write and grade the imaging scenarios those evaluations run on. You would draft realistic cases that turn on patient positioning, technique selection and radiation safety decisions, then judge whether a model's answer holds up to clinical scrutiny. Work runs fully async, with hours you set each week and no calls or weekend shifts.

- Draft realistic imaging scenarios that hinge on positioning choices, technique selection and safety judgments.
- Write model reference answers that explain why a given protocol is the right call.
- Review model responses for technical accuracy and for sound radiation safety practice.
- Call out answers that sound plausible but would lead to a repeat exposure or an unsafe study.
- Set your own weekly hours, with a floor of 10 and no ceiling, scaling up or down as your schedule allows.
- Keep documentation clear enough that another technologist could follow your reasoning step by step.
Requirements6
- ARRT certification, plus an active state license wherever one is required.
- At least 2 years of hands-on clinical imaging experience.
- Solid command of positioning, technique selection and radiation safety principles.
- Written English strong enough to document imaging protocols and the reasoning behind them.
- Availability of 10 hours per week or more.
- Comfort working as an independent contractor on ongoing project work.
