- 3Rank and critique AI outputs, proposing precise edits to improve correctness and contextual fit.
- 4Fact-check imaging and clinical data, verifying consistency from the clinical story to the chosen modality, the observed findings, and the final impression.
- 5Produce high-quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate clear reasoning for radiology cases.
- 6Participate in QA and peer-review processes for AI data, including bias checks and safety guidelines.
Requirements8

- 25+ years of professional radiology practice.
- 3Strong clinical reasoning translating clinical presentations into imaging strategy and constructing differentials.
- 4Deep understanding of imaging modalities and tradeoffs including sensitivity, specificity, artifacts, and protocol impacts.
- 5Excellent safety judgment around contrast safety, nephrotoxicity risk, and radiation dose principles; pregnancy considerations.
- 6Attention to detail with ability to identify unsafe assumptions, missed diagnoses, or misleading explanations; minimum C1 English.
- 7Comfort evaluating internal consistency from clinical story to modality, findings, impression, and patient-safety implications; remote work experience preferred.
- 8Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, report QA, peer review, utilization management, or medical editorial work strongly preferred.
