- 1Create prompts and gold-standard Czech responses across domains including general knowledge, customer support, education, conversational writing, translation, localization, and culturally sensitive content.
- 2Evaluate AI outputs for fluency, correctness, tone match, register consistency, meaning preservation, and terminology quality; deliver detailed feedback in English.
- 3Identify unsafe or misleading content, factual hallucinations, bias, mistranslations, ambiguity, and culturally inappropriate phrasing; validate reliability across use cases.
- 4Produce high-quality rewrites and model answers that demonstrate best practices in Czech writing, with precise written commentary.
- 5Rate and compare AI responses using established rubrics, ensuring consistent results across time zones and remote collaboration.
- 6Support QA workflows for localization and terminology management in Czech-English content using standard AI data training practices.
Requirements9
- 1bachelor’s degree or higher in linguistics, Czech language, Czech literature, English literature, communications, journalism, translation, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2native or near-native Czech proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3strong professional proficiency in English (c1) to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
- 43+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related language-focused work.
- 5deep understanding of Czech grammar, spelling, punctuation, diacritics, cases, declension, conjugation, aspect, word order, tone, and style; able to explain fixes with clarity.
- 6comfortable handling multiple registers in Czech (formal, neutral, conversational, professional, educational, public-facing) depending on audience and project requirements.
- 7high attention to detail to spot subtle meaning shifts, awkward translations, incorrect case endings, agreement errors, or culturally mismatched wording.
- 8reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in an hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones.
- 9prior experience with AI data training/annotation, translation QA, editorial QA, localization QA, or rubric-based evaluation strongly preferred.
