• Build realistic rehabilitation scenarios that start at evaluation and carry through progression decisions to discharge.
• Write reference answers that spell out the clinical reasoning driving each step of a plan of care.
• Review model output for patient safety, contraindications, and grounding in evidence based practice.
• Call out exercise recommendations that sound plausible on paper but could injure a real patient.
• Document your reasoning in plain written English so another licensed PT can follow the logic.
• Choose cases that reflect your own clinical depth, whether that means orthopedic, neurologic, or acute care rehab.

Requirements8

• DPT or an equivalent physical therapy degree, paired with an active and unencumbered US PT license.
• At least 2 years of hands-on clinical practice.
• Clinical depth in orthopedic, neurologic, or acute care rehabilitation.
• Written English strong enough to make clinical reasoning clear to a peer reviewer.
• Availability of 10 hours per week or more, with no ceiling on hours.
• Board specialty certification such as OCS, NCS, or SCS preferred.
• Specialization in sports, vestibular, or pelvic health is a plus.
• Residency, fellowship training, or experience instructing clinical students preferred.

Who Should Apply

Practicing physical therapists with 2 or more years of clinical experience who can explain treatment decisions in writing as clearly as they make them in the clinic. Orthopedic, neurologic, or acute care specialists fit best, and board certification or a sports, vestibular, or pelvic health focus strengthens a candidacy.
