Overview
AfterQuery produces the evaluation and training data that frontier AI labs use to test what their models can and cannot do in real professional work. This contract puts licensed occupational therapists on the authoring side of that pipeline: you draft realistic daily living scenarios, attach reference answers that spell out the functional reasoning behind each recommendation, and then score model output against what would actually hold up in a home or clinic. Catching advice that reads well but fails in practice is the heart of the job. You set your own hours each week, with a 10-hour floor and no ceiling.
What You'll Do6
- Draft clinical scenarios that cover daily living skills, cognitive demands, and adaptive strategy selection.
- Write model answers that make the clinical reasoning visible, detailed enough for another therapist to follow and judge.
- Score generated recommendations on safety, practicality, and how well they fit the individual client.
- Call out suggestions that sound plausible on paper yet break down in a real home or treatment setting.
- Keep the functional goal behind every recommendation explicit so reviewers can trace the logic.
- Adjust your weekly hours to match project volume, from 10 hours upward, without a fixed schedule or quota.
Requirements8
- Current OTR/L with NBCOT certification and an active, unencumbered license in a US state.
- At least 2 years of hands-on clinical practice.
- Solid command of daily living assessment, adaptive equipment selection, and functional goal setting.
- Ability to write clinical reasoning in clear English that another OT can read and evaluate.
- Availability of 10 or more hours per week on an ongoing basis.
- Pediatric care, hand therapy with CHT, or home health experience puts you ahead.
- Cognitive or neuro rehabilitation background is a plus.
- Prior fieldwork supervision or clinical instruction experience helps.
