• Build patient vignettes that trace a full course, from the opening complaint to the disposition decision.
• Write the model answer for every case, setting out why each clinical move follows from the evidence on hand.
• Grade model output for diagnostic accuracy and for anything that could put a patient at risk.
• Name the treatment plans that sound credible on paper yet would harm someone in practice.
• Document your reasoning in clear written English so another clinician can trace your logic line by line.
• Draw cases from your own specialty so each scenario survives expert scrutiny.
• Set your own hours week to week, with ten as the minimum and no ceiling.

• Active NP license paired with national board certification from AANP or ANCC.
• Two or more years of clinical practice completed after certification.
• Depth in one area: family, acute care, psychiatric mental health, or adult gerontology.
• Written English strong enough that another clinician follows your clinical reasoning without asking for clarification.
• A standing commitment of at least 10 hours per week.
• Comfort working as an independent contractor on ongoing project work.
