- 3Review AI output for dosing calculations, sig interpretation and safety flags, and mark what falls short
- 4Flag responses that would break down inside an actual pharmacy queue or fail a claims check
- 5Document pharmacy processes in clear written English so reviewers can follow each decision
- 6Keep scenarios aligned with the medication workflow standards the partner labs expect
Requirements8
- 1Active CPhT certification through PTCB or NHA, or a current state pharmacy technician registration
- 2At least 2 years of hands-on work in a retail, hospital or specialty pharmacy setting
- 3Practical command of sig codes, NDC numbers, days supply calculations and insurance adjudication
- 4Written English strong enough to explain pharmacy workflows in step by step detail
- 5Availability for a minimum of 10 hours each week
- 6Sterile or nonsterile compounding experience under USP 797 or USP 800 (preferred)
- 7Background in specialty or mail order pharmacy, including prior authorization work (preferred)
- 8Fluency with pharmacy platforms such as Epic Willow, PioneerRx or a comparable system (preferred)
