You draft prescription processing and insurance adjudication scenarios, then grade how models handle sig codes, days supply math, and safety flags. Schedules stay in your hands: at least 10 hours each week with no ceiling, fully remote and async.
What You'll Do6
- Write prescription processing and adjudication cases that mirror what shows up in a working pharmacy queue
- Produce reference answers that walk through the correct sequence of steps rather than only the outcome
- Review model responses for dosing calculations, sig interpretation, and safety flags, then mark the errors
- Flag outputs that would break down in a live pharmacy setting before they reach the training set
- Document each workflow clearly enough that another technician could follow it start to finish
- Set your own weekly hours and keep project work moving without a fixed shift or queue
Requirements8
- Active CPhT credential through PTCB or NHA, or a state pharmacy technician registration
- Two or more years of hands-on work in retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy
- Command of sig codes, NDCs, days supply math, and insurance adjudication
- Written English strong enough to explain a pharmacy workflow step by step
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week
- Compounding background under USP 797 or USP 800 (preferred)
- Specialty or mail order pharmacy experience, including prior authorization work (preferred)
- Fluency with pharmacy systems such as Epic Willow, PioneerRx, or a comparable platform (preferred)
Who Should Apply
