Overview
Seeking a Performance Marketing expert to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The role focuses on technical implementation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive ROI.
What You'll Do6
- 1Create and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, UAC, Facebook, and Instagram.
- 2Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI across both platforms.
- 3Generate insightful reports to communicate actionable performance and ROI to stakeholders using analytics tools.
- 4Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
- 5Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking discrepancies, and ad disapprovals.
- 6Work closely with product and design teams to ensure creative assets meet platform-specific best practices.
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 22–4 years of experience in digital ad operations with focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- 3Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- 4Excellent data handling and insight generation skills, strong in Excel and PowerPoint.
- 5Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 6Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
