Overview
The role involves technical implementation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and UAC. The campaign manager will be responsible for ad trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, A/B testing, and collaboration with product and design teams.
What You'll Do6
- 1Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and UAC.
- 2Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- 3Generate insightful reports to communicate actionables, campaign performance, and ROI to stakeholders.
- 4Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
- 5Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and ad disapprovals.
- 6Utilize Google Scripts/rules to automate repetitive tasks and optimize campaign management.
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 23-6 years of experience in digital ad operations with a focus on Google Ads.
- 3Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- 4Excellent data handling and insight generation skills, proficiency in Excel and PPT.
- 5Strong technical skills; experience with HTML, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus.
- 6Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
