What You'll Do7
- 1Quality monitoring across Malayalam items, spotting issues and delivering targeted feedback via DMs; escalate recurring or critical problems when needed.
- 2Coordinate with Discord-based trainers and QAs to share new item guidelines, project updates, and quality expectations.
- 3Respond to trainer and QA questions with precise guidance on Malayalam wording, tone, and cultural context.
- 4Activate contributors who are inactive by direct messaging and track follow-ups to keep workflows steady.
- 5Create and maintain Malayalam project documentation, including style guides and FAQs, trackers, quality notes, and onboarding materials.
- 6Lead onboarding sessions to explain rubrics, quality standards, and Malayalam-specific style requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Malayalam language guidelines as projects evolve and identify opportunities to scale QA processes.
Requirements10
