What You'll Do6
- 1Examine and tag intricate corporate, M&A, and financial paperwork while keeping a sharp eye on compliance and data protection standards.
- 2Pinpoint areas where personally identifiable information (PII) may be exposed and record recommended methods for anonymization and secure handling.
- 3Use your industry knowledge to assess whether content can be structurally identified, ensuring rules are followed without losing the data's usefulness.
- 4Help create educational materials and resources that stay current with regulatory and compliance frameworks in M&A and corporate law.
- 5Work across teams to refine data processing workflows and cut down on re-identification risks in proprietary systems.
- 6Provide clear written and verbal feedback to improve how legal content is interpreted for AI training accuracy.
Requirements4
- 1At least two years of hands-on experience working with PII compliance, ideally within finance or corporate environments.
- 2Proven background in mergers and acquisitions, along with strong knowledge of sensitive document management and data privacy laws.
- 3Skill in spotting both obvious and structural PII risks across different types of corporate documents.
- 4Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to compliance, with the ability to appropriately summarize or redact sensitive material.
