Requirements5
- 15+ years in M&A, corporate, or securities work at a law firm, corporate team, or investment fund.
- 2Experience using virtual data rooms (Datasite, Intralinks, Ansarada) on active deals.
- 3Strong familiarity with corporate governance documents and the ability to explain ambiguous provisions.
- 4Juris Doctor and active bar membership (or equivalent license) in your jurisdiction.
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to convey complex legal reasoning.
