What You'll Do6
- 1Review and redline commercial contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
- 2Provide expert analysis on employment law, structured finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
- 3Evaluate and advise on SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to identify risks and recommend improvements.
- 4Interpret complex regulatory requirements and help shape compliance guidelines in a changing legal landscape.
- 5Assess data privacy policies against international standards and regulations.
- 6Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to clarify legal concepts and deliver clear, actionable written feedback that improves AI model performance.
Requirements4
- 1Active Bar membership in good standing with at least 3 years of legal practice.
- 2Proven experience with commercial contracts, employment law, structured finance, private equity, and M&A.
- 3Strong skills in contract redlining and negotiation, plus hands-on work with SaaS MSAs and data privacy frameworks.
- 4Exceptional written and verbal communication — able to break down complex legal topics for non-legal audiences.
