Requirements7
- 1J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- 2Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3At least 3 years focused on technology contracts, including negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- 4Excellent written and spoken communication with a sharp eye for detail.
- 5Strong analytical ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
- 6Proven interest in blending law with tech and improving AI-driven workflows.
- 7Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in dynamic settings.
