- 2Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3Minimum of 3 years drafting and negotiating technology agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- 5Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate legal insight into actionable AI feedback.
- 6Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving settings.
