The law clerk will review and analyze documents such as site control agreements and title records for power generation projects, extract key data, and ensure accuracy through tiered collaboration. - 1Review and analyze commercial real estate documents, site control agreements, and title records for power generation projects on the US East Coast.
- 2Extract and structure key data points focusing on land-use rights and ownership verification for development and infrastructure projects.
- 3Identify, document, and categorize evidence of land-use compliance and potential deficiencies in legal documentation.
- 4Collaborate with a tiered team (Specialists/Senior Law Clerks and Senior Associates/Partners) to ensure accuracy through initial reviews and final reconciliations.
- 5Contribute to the creation of benchmark datasets to support validation and improvement of AI-driven document review models.
- 6Communicate findings effectively in writing and verbally to ensure clarity and precision in deliverables.

- 1Demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate law, particularly related to large-scale infrastructure or power generation projects.
- 2In-depth understanding of title, ownership, and land-use rights documentation for complex developments.
