What You'll Do7

  • 1Examine and analyze commercial real estate documents, including site control agreements and title records for power generation projects along the US East Coast.
  • 2Identify and compile critical data points related to land-use rights and ownership verification for infrastructure and development initiatives.
  • 3Detect, categorize, and document evidence of land-use compliance as well as potential gaps or deficiencies in legal documentation.
  • 4Partner with a multi-tiered legal team (Specialists, Senior Law Clerks, and Senior Associates) to ensure accuracy through initial assessments and final reconciliations.
  • 5Contribute to building benchmark datasets that validate and refine AI-driven document review models, supporting system improvement.
  • 6Communicate findings clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats, ensuring precision in all deliverables.
  • 7Apply evidence-based legal analysis to inform model training and system evaluation processes.

Requirements8

  • 1Proven experience in commercial real estate law, especially involving large-scale infrastructure or power generation projects.
  • 2Deep knowledge of title, ownership, and land-use rights documentation for complex developments.
  • 3Hands-on experience with document review, data extraction, and flagging legal deficiencies or risk factors.
