- 5Create and maintain Japanese documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, examples, onboarding materials, and rubrics.
- 6Lead onboarding sessions to explain workflows, rubrics, quality standards, and Japan-specific localization requirements.

Who Should Apply
Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in Japanese language workflows and have led remote QA teams. They excel at applying rubrics to evaluate translation quality, tone, and cultural localization. Strong English skills help document guidance for global teams. Native or near-native Japanese and a track record with AI training QA are essential. This contract suits self-starters who can maintain documentation, train others, and scale QA processes; applicants lacking native Japanese or with limited English proficiency may struggle to follow guidelines and collaborate effectively.
