What You'll Do5
- 1Collaborate with research and engineering teams to address gaps in underwriting, claims, and risk-assessment logic.

- 3Assess AI model outputs using detailed rubrics, providing clear written feedback on correctness, reasoning, and professional judgment.
- 4Help develop and improve evaluation standards and scoring criteria specifically for insurance tasks.
- 5Work alongside other subject matter experts to maintain consistency and quality in the training data.
Requirements5
- 1At least 8 years of professional experience in insurance roles such as underwriting, claims, actuarial work, or risk management at a top-tier company like AIG, Chubb, Allstate, or equivalent.
- 2Proven experience evaluating AI model outputs or LLM responses against structured rubrics — please detail this experience in your application.
- 3Demonstrated career advancement, for example moving from Underwriter to Senior Underwriter to VP of Underwriting.
- 4Reliable availability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week during business days.
- 5Strong verbal and written communication, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
