As a Finance Specialist, you'll work remotely, part-time, collaborating with a top AI lab to improve the financial reasoning and judgment of their generative AI systems. What You'll Do5
- 1Identify and address gaps in the AI's financial reasoning by collaborating closely with research and engineering teams.
- 2Design realistic, finance-specific challenges and produce clear, well-reasoned solutions that mimic real-world financial scenarios.
- 3Assess model responses against detailed scoring rubrics and deliver precise written feedback on accuracy, logic, and decision-making quality.
- 4Help create and refine evaluation criteria and rubrics tailored to finance tasks, ensuring consistency across the training process.
- 5Coordinate with other subject-matter experts to maintain high standards for data quality and domain accuracy.
Requirements5
- 1A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance at top-tier institutions such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, BlackRock, or equivalent — in roles like investment banking, asset management, or financial advisory.
- 2Proven hands-on experience evaluating AI or LLM outputs against structured rubrics or scoring criteria — this is a mandatory skill that must be highlighted in your application.
- 3Demonstrated career growth, e.g., from Analyst to Associate to VP/Director level or similar progression.
- 4Ability to commit reliably to at least 35 hours per week during standard business hours (weekdays).
- 5Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
