Overview

We're looking for senior insurance professionals to help train AI systems that operate in the high-stakes world of Fortune 500 enterprise insurance and risk management. You'll design realistic scenarios, craft reference answers, and build scoring rubrics that reflect how experienced underwriters, claims leaders, and actuaries actually think. This is a remote, hourly role with flexibility to apply your domain expertise to AI evaluation work.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Create enterprise-level insurance scenarios covering complex commercial underwriting, multi-party claims adjudication, and regulatory filing or compliance review cycles.
  • 2Develop task sets across key insurance functions — including underwriting and risk assessment, claims management, actuarial pricing and reserving, reinsurance strategy, and compliance affairs.
  • 3Build realistic operations scenarios that reflect how F500 carriers use platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and enterprise policy administration systems.
  • 4Apply core actuarial and risk methodologies — such as loss reserving and ERM frameworks — and produce reference materials like underwriting guidelines and executive-level risk summaries.
  • 5Write evaluation rubrics that separate genuine enterprise insurance judgment from generic textbook or licensing-exam answers.

Requirements4

  • 1At least 5 years of hands-on experience in underwriting, claims, actuarial work, or risk management at a Fortune 500 insurer, reinsurer, or enterprise risk team.
  • 2Direct responsibility for large-scale underwriting portfolios, claims operations, or actuarial pricing models.
  • 3Working familiarity with enterprise insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek), actuarial tools like SAS or R, and the practical realities of regulatory compliance, reinsurance treaties, and reserving.
  • 4A plus: prior experience authoring rubrics, actuarial or underwriting training programs, or claims documentation.

Who Should Apply

This role is ideal for seasoned insurance professionals who enjoy translating their domain expertise into structured learning content for AI. If you've spent years making complex risk decisions at a major carrier and can articulate the reasoning behind them clearly, you'll fit right in. No prior AI experience is required — just deep insurance knowledge and the ability to document your thinking in a structured way.
