- 1Develop AI training content by crafting prompts and gold-standard outputs across coverage analysis, claims scenarios, underwriting decisions, and policy communication.
- 2Evaluate AI responses and rank them by accuracy, clarity, and compliance-aware reasoning.
- 3Test AI outputs for inaccuracy, bias, and unreliable conclusions; validate reliability across diverse use cases.
- 4Draft clear explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct methods and give precise written feedback.

- 4Comfort with coverage and claims reasoning across lines such as P&C, commercial lines, auto, homeowners, liability, health, or life.
- 5Ability to evaluate decisions for internal consistency from facts to policy language to coverage position and documentation.
- 6Excellent attention to detail in identifying missing facts, misapplied definitions, or unsupported recommendations; minimum C1 English proficiency.
- 7Clear written communication with the ability to explain complex policy concepts in plain language.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver quality work in an hourly, remote contractor setup across time zones.
- 9Professional designations (cpcu, ains, arm, cic, au) are a plus.
- 10Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, claims qa, underwriting qa, policy drafting/review, or insurance editorial work is strongly preferred.
Who Should Apply
Ideal candidates are seasoned insurance professionals who combine hands-on claims, underwriting, or compliance experience with strong writing and QA for AI systems. They thrive in remote, hourly contractor settings and can translate technical policy language into training content. This role is less suitable for those without direct insurance practice or without demonstrated ability to produce clear, policy-focused explanations. Applicants lacking remote collaboration experience or with limited English proficiency will face alignment challenges. Strong preference for those with CPCU or similar designations and any prior AI-focused data work.
