Overview
AfterQuery hires Human Resources Experts on a contract basis to build HR questions and case studies for AI model training. You will craft scenarios that cover recruitment, interview methods, performance reviews, conflict resolution, pay planning, employment law compliance and onboarding. Each item must test whether a model can apply sound HR judgment, not just recall definitions. You also review model answers, write detailed feedback and work with HR and technical peers to set the right difficulty level. - 1Design HR questions and case studies that cover recruitment strategy, interview techniques, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, compensation planning, employment law compliance and onboarding.
- 2Evaluate model responses for accuracy and alignment with accepted HR practice and employment rules.
- 3Write detailed feedback that points out errors, missing context or weak reasoning in model answers.
- 4Collaborate with HR specialists and technical team members to adjust question difficulty and content.
- 5Create realistic workplace scenarios that reflect common employee relations and talent management problems.
- 6Refine case details and prompts after reviewing model performance and team input.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, or equal professional experience.
- 2Hands-on HR experience with knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and compliance.
- 3Strong analytical skills and clear written and verbal communication, with close attention to detail.
- 4Several years in HR preferred, with coverage across functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration or HRIS.
- 5Work on HR training programs, policy development or HR technology projects is a plus.
- 6Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are welcome.
- 7Familiarity with AI or technology-driven HR applications is helpful.
