What You'll Do7

• Design multi-step tasks based on real HR work such as payroll operations, workforce planning, policy application, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Create realistic reference files and clear instructions for each task.
• Define objective grading criteria so two qualified reviewers reach the same verdict on the same output.
• Build tasks that require judgment, not just lookup, where the right answer depends on reading the materials correctly.
• Create or source supporting materials like policy documents, payroll reports, headcount data, and employment agreements.
• Flag tasks that turn out to be ambiguous or ungradable instead of submitting them.
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule and at the required quality level.

Requirements6

• 5+ years of hands-on responsibility in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy, or employee lifecycle operations, with direct ownership of the work.
• Experience creating or applying structured standards such as HR policies, payroll checklists, process documentation, compliance frameworks, or training assessments.
• Comfort working across spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents at the same time.
• Strong English, written and spoken, at B2 minimum and C1 preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent) is a plus, but not required.
• AI or LLM evaluation experience is a plus, but not required.

Who Should Apply

The ideal candidate has at least five years of direct HR operations experience, especially in payroll, policy, or employee lifecycle work. You have built or applied structured standards like checklists or compliance frameworks. You are comfortable juggling spreadsheets, reports, and policy documents, and you write clear English at B2 level or above.
