Requirements7

• 4+ years of work experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist, or similar HR role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field such as MBA, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, or Communication.
• Strong grasp of business communication, strategy, and corporate storytelling.
• Ability to write prompts and assess LLM responses in HR and business contexts.
• Comfort working on async teams with AI researchers.
• Experience creating board-level presentations, business cases, investor presentations, or client proposals.
• Self-directed approach to research and project tasks.
