- 14+ years of work experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist, or similar HR role.

- 3Strong grasp of business communication, strategy, and corporate storytelling.
- 4Ability to write prompts and assess LLM responses in HR and business contexts.
- 5Comfort working on async teams with AI researchers.
