What You'll Do6

• Create multi-step tasks based on real operations work such as reporting, process design, and workflow management, complete with realistic reference files and clear instructions.
• Define objective grading criteria so that two qualified reviewers would reach the same verdict on the same output.
• Build tasks that require judgment rather than simple lookup, where the correct answer depends on reading the materials correctly.
• Produce or source supporting materials for each task, including spreadsheets, system exports, process documentation, and operational reports.
• Identify tasks that turn out to be ambiguous or ungradable and flag them instead of submitting them.
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule and at the required quality level.

Requirements5

• 5+ years of hands-on responsibility in business operations, operations reporting, process design, or workflow management, with direct ownership of the work rather than supervisory-only or adjacent exposure.
• Experience creating or applying structured standards such as SOPs, QA checklists, process documentation, service level definitions, or training assessments.
• Strong Excel capability and comfort reasoning across multiple documents at once.
• Strong English, both written and spoken, at B2 minimum and C1 preferred.
• AI or LLM evaluation experience is a plus but not required.

Who Should Apply

The ideal candidate has at least five years of direct ownership in business operations, process design, or workflow management, and has built or applied SOPs, QA checklists, or similar standards. Strong Excel skills and the ability to reason across multiple documents are essential. English proficiency at B2 or higher is required.
