Overview
In this role, you will apply your HR expertise to train next-generation AI systems, helping models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality real-world input. You will review and develop HR policies, design onboarding workflows, advise on compliance, and craft employee communications. No prior AI experience is required—your domain knowledge is what matters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI-driven HR tools and document knowledge resources.

- 4Craft and evaluate employee communications and change management strategies for effective organizational messaging.

- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable feedback on policy accuracy, clarity, and applicability.
Requirements5
- 1Proven background as an HR Policy and Compliance Specialist, People Operations Manager, or HR Communication & Change Management Specialist.
- 2Extensive experience in internal policy development, policy updates, and creation of actionable HR templates.
- 3Strong command of HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding design, and internal communications.
- 4Excellent ability to synthesize complex HR topics into clear, practical documentation and supporting materials.
- 5Demonstrated success in managing or advising on HR operations within diverse or global organizations.
