As a remote hourly contractor, you review AI training content and strategy outputs to judge reasoning quality and audience fit against the prompts. What You'll Do8
- 1Review AI-generated social posts, threads, scripts, calendars, and strategy notes to assess alignment with prompts, audience intent, and brand voice.
- 2Create expert social content, including model posts and example threads, to illustrate best practices for AI training.
- 3Rank and compare AI responses for engagement potential, clarity, and platform fit, and document outcomes.
- 4Provide precise written feedback covering messaging, hooks, structure, CTAs, claims, compliance risks, and safety considerations.
- 5Fact-check claims and flag issues related to misrepresentation, policy violations, or bias.
- 6Collaborate with design and video teams to translate briefs into platform-native content and publish-ready calendars.
- 7Develop prompts and gold-standard outputs used to train AI models and improve response quality.
- 8Rate multiple outputs across use cases and explain the reasoning quality to guide model improvements.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 25+ years managing social media for brands, including content creation and performance reporting.
- 3Strong understanding of platform mechanics across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- 4Proven ability to craft platform-native content with hooks, pacing, captions, and concise storytelling.
- 5Experience with content operations: calendars, creative briefs, approvals workflows, and collaboration with design/video teams.
- 6Comfort evaluating content for risk including misleading claims, policy violations, brand safety, and sensitive topics.
- 7Strong analytics instincts: reading performance signals (reach, watch time, CTR, saves/shares) and turning data into iteration plans.
- 8Minimum C1 English proficiency with excellent writing and editing skills.
- 9Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistently in an hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones.
- 10Preferred: experience with AI data training, editorial QA, or content review workflows.
