Overview
As a Greek QA Lead, you will oversee quality across remote AI training data projects, reviewing Greek content and trainer QA outputs. Apply strict adherence to localization QA standards and project rubrics to preserve tone, grammar, and cultural nuance. What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct regular spot checks of Greek content to identify mistranslations, tone inconsistencies, or terminology gaps, and document issues for the team.
- 2Communicate updates to trainers and QAs about new item guidelines, project changes, and quality expectations on Discord.
- 3Respond promptly to questions about Greek wording, grammar, tone, cultural context, and Greece vs Cyprus usage.
- 4Manage activation of inactive contributors and track follow-ups to maintain steady project velocity.
- 5Create and maintain Greek project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
- 6Plan and lead onboarding sessions to explain project rubrics, workflows, and Greek-specific style requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Greek language guidelines as projects evolve.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA improvements for Greek-language outputs.
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Greek, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 2Native or near-native Greek proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Strong command of English to follow guidelines, communicate with teams, and provide feedback.
- 43+ years of professional experience in Greek writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
- 5In-depth knowledge of Greek grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, modern Greek usage, and cultural context.
- 6Experience handling regional variations (Greece vs Cyprus) and formal vs conversational tone.
- 7Ability to evaluate Greek content against detailed rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, awkward phrasing, incorrect register, or inconsistent terminology.
- 8Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is preferred.
- 9Comfort working in fast-moving remote environments using tools like Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
- 10Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, honeypots, and quality documentation.
- 11Experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt/response evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA is a strong plus.
