What You'll Do8
- 1Monitor Bulgarian outputs for guideline adherence and provide constructive feedback via direct messages, escalating recurrent issues.
- 2Communicate project changes, new guidelines, and quality expectations to trainers and QAs on Discord.
- 3Respond promptly to questions about Bulgarian wording, Cyrillic script, tone, terminology, and translation fidelity with clear, rubric-based guidance.
- 4Manage activation of contributors; DM inactive teammates, track follow-ups, and flag availability as needed.
- 5Create and maintain Bulgarian project documentation, including style guides, FAQs, trackers, quality notes, and onboarding materials.
- 6Lead onboarding sessions with trainers and QAs to explain expectations, workflows, rubrics, and Bulgarian-specific style requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Bulgarian language guidelines across all trainers and QAs as projects evolve.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA process improvements for Bulgarian-language projects.
Requirements10
- 1Degree in Bulgarian, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, english, education, quality assurance, or related field.
- 2Native or near-native Bulgarian with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Strong English to follow project guidelines and provide feedback in English.
- 43+ years of professional Bulgarian writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review work.
- 5Deep knowledge of Bulgarian grammar, spelling, punctuation, Cyrillic script, tone, register, word order, aspect, definiteness, and cultural context.
- 6Ability to evaluate Bulgarian content against detailed rubrics and identify mistranslation, literal phrasing, awkward tone, or inconsistent terminology.
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is preferred.
- 8Comfort with remote workflows using Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management tools.
- 9Highly organized with the ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, honeypots, and quality documentation.
- 10Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLMs, prompt evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA is a strong plus.
