What You'll Do6
- 1Oversee implementation and management of PII compliance protocols to ensure protection and lawful processing of personal data.
- 2Evaluate data flows and documentation to identify, classify, and mitigate risks associated with structural identifiability and non-obvious PII.
- 3Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and update policies on data management, privacy, and compliance.
- 4Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices for sensitive document handling and management of personally identifiable information.
- 5Serve as primary liaison during data privacy incidents, supporting swift investigation and remediation efforts.
- 6Maintain detailed records of processing activities to support regulatory reporting and transparency initiatives.
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 2 years of experience in PII compliance with proven expertise in handling complex and non-trivial PII scenarios.
- 2Deep understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- 3Strong background in data management, including techniques for generalizing or omitting content to minimize re-identification risk.
- 4Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex privacy concepts clearly.
- 5Experience handling sensitive documents, especially within finance or corporate environments.
- 6Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and ability to evaluate structural identifiability.
