You will work with a team at micro1 to review and improve how AI models handle contract redlining, negotiation, and risk assessment. The position is fully remote and offers a unique chance to influence the next generation of legal technology.

Who Should Apply
This role suits attorneys with at least three years of in-house technology transactions experience, especially those who have negotiated MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs. Candidates who thrive in cross-disciplinary teams and have a genuine interest in legal AI will find this position rewarding. It is less suitable for lawyers without in-house tech transaction experience or those who prefer traditional legal practice over research-oriented work. A common reason candidates get rejected is lacking direct experience with the specific contract types mentioned. Another is failing to show how their legal skills translate into improving AI systems.
