Requirements6
- 1At least 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, including negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
- 2Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.

- 4A demonstrated commitment to innovation where law and technology meet.
