Overview
This part-time contractor role places you at the center of legal AI development. You will work with contract redlining workflows that train and test advanced models, helping them spot risk and read contract language with greater accuracy. Your background in MSAs, NDAs, ISDA's, and derivatives will shape how these systems handle real-world legal judgment. The position is fully remote and task-based.
What You'll Do6
- Run simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios and give expert feedback that sharpens model output.
- Build objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance on contract tasks.
- Work with product and research teams to improve data, guidelines, and best practices for AI contract review tools.
- Apply your experience with MSAs, NDAs, ISDA's, and derivatives to assess how well AI handles those agreement types.
- Translate legal analysis into clear, actionable feedback for AI systems.
Requirements6
- At least 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
- Direct experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDA's, and derivatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication with close attention to detail.
- Analytical skill and the ability to turn legal expertise into feedback for AI systems.
- A demonstrated interest in innovation where law and technology meet.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams.
