Requirements7
- 1Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- 2At least 4 years of transactional practice at a law firm or as an in-house attorney, focused on contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- 3Deep familiarity with commonly negotiated commercial provisions, such as limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
- 4Proven ability to synthesize complex legal concepts and deliver clear, actionable written analyses.
- 5Demonstrated sound judgment and high accuracy in contract review and interpretation.
- 6Expertise in technology transactions is a strong plus.
