- 2Develop training content for AI models, including prompts and gold-standard outputs such as issue analyses, drafting examples, checklists, policies, and memos.
- 3Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve correctness, defensibility, and risk awareness.
- 4Test outputs for inaccuracies, confidentiality risks, and bias across common legal scenarios.
- 5Document findings and provide actionable suggestions to strengthen future AI performance.
- 6Collaborate with knowledge-management and QA teams to align content with project workflows.
Requirements8
- 1bar admission and a JD/LLB or equivalent degree.
- 25+ years practicing law in law firms, in-house, government, or legal aid.
- 3Strong ability in issue spotting and structured legal analysis (rules → application → conclusion) with awareness of assumptions.
- 4Experience in at least one practice area: commercial contracts, employment law, privacy, corporate law, or IP.
- 5Excellent drafting and editing skills for contracts, memos, and pleadings with precision and tone.
- 6Outstanding attention to detail and English proficiency at C1 level.
- 7Comfort delivering remote work across time zones.
- 8Prior experience with AI data training, legal QA, editorial review, or knowledge management is strongly preferred.
