What You'll Do8

- 5Create and maintain Assamese project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, and onboarding materials.
- 6Schedule and run onboarding sessions for trainers and QAs to explain expectations, rubrics, quality standards, and Assamese-specific style requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Assamese language guidelines as projects evolve.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and propose workflow improvements to scale QA processes for Assamese projects.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's or Master's in Assamese, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 2Native or near-native Assamese proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Strong English proficiency to follow project guidelines and communicate with teams.
- 43+ years of professional experience in Assamese writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
- 5Strong understanding of Assamese grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, tone, register, and cultural context.
- 6Ability to evaluate Assamese content against detailed rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, hallucinated claims, ambiguity, or inconsistent terminology.
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred.
- 8Comfortable working in fast-moving remote environments using tools such as Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
- 9Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, honeypots, and other quality documentation.
- 10Experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt/response evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA is a strong plus.
