- 6Document decisions and feedback to support cross-time-zone collaboration within the expert network.
- 7Collaborate with CAT tools workflows to maintain terminology accuracy using termbases and translation memories.

Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree or higher in Vietnamese Translation, Linguistics, Localization, Communications, or related field.
- 2Native or near-native Vietnamese proficiency with strong locale conventions for Vietnam.
- 3Minimum C1 English proficiency.
- 45+ years of professional localization/translation experience.
- 5Demonstrated ability to apply MQM and LQA concepts to quality decisions.
- 6Proficiency with CAT tools and QA workflows (translation memory, termbases, automated checks).
- 7Excellent editorial judgment on register, tone, inclusivity, and cultural nuance with high attention to detail.
- 8Ability to rigorously fact-check content using reliable sources.
