- 4Identify mistranslations, meaning shifts, ambiguous wording, and politeness level mismatches; flag issues and propose corrective edits.
- 5Produce high-quality rewrites and model answers that demonstrate best practices in Thai writing.
- 6Rate and compare multiple AI responses using a rubric-based evaluation framework and rank outputs by correctness and quality.
- 7Develop and maintain Thai glossaries or style guides to support consistent language use.
- 8Collaborate with remote teams across time zones and document QA results in project tools.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Thai/English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Translation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2Native or near-native Thai proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Strong professional English proficiency (C1 or higher) to follow guidelines and provide detailed feedback.
- 43+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or other language-focused work.
- 5Deep understanding of Thai writing conventions including spelling, punctuation, word segmentation, and tone/register; able to explain issues and fixes clearly.
- 6Comfort with Thai politeness and formality levels (including particles such as ครับ/ค่ะ) and adapting language for different audiences.
- 7High attention to detail to spot subtle meaning shifts, awkward translations, hallucinations, or culturally mismatched phrasing.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in an hourly, remote contractor workflow across time zones.
- 9Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, translation QA, editorial QA, or rubric-based evaluation is strongly preferred.
