What You'll Do8
- 1Spot-check Telugu items, identify quality issues, and provide ongoing feedback to trainers and QAs via direct messages.
- 2Update trainers and QAs on Discord about new item guidelines, project changes, workflow updates, and quality expectations.
- 3Respond to questions about Telugu wording, register, translation fidelity, cultural context, and regional usage.
- 4DM inactive contributors to re-engage them, track follow-ups, and flag availability issues when needed.
- 5Create and maintain Telugu project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, examples, and onboarding materials.
- 6Schedule and lead onboarding and training calls with trainers and QAs to explain expectations, rubrics, quality standards, and Telugu-specific style requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Telugu language guidelines across all contributors as projects evolve.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and propose workflow improvements to support scalable Telugu-language QA.
Requirements10
- 1bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics.
- 2native or near-native telugu proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3strong english language skills to follow project guidelines, communicate with teams, and provide feedback in english.
- 43+ years of professional experience in telugu writing, editing, translation, localization, content qa, ai training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
- 5strong understanding of telugu grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, tone, register, regional variation, and cultural context.
- 6ability to evaluate telugu content against detailed rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, hallucinated claims, ambiguity, or inconsistent terminology.
- 7experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or qas is strongly preferred.
- 8comfortable working in fast-moving remote environments using discord, google sheets, google docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
- 9highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, honeypots, and other quality documentation.
- 10experience with ai training, data annotation, large language models, prompt/response evaluation, or rubric-based llm qa is a strong plus.
