Requirements7
- 1At least 5 years of hands-on experience in your domain (mechanical design, aerodynamic analysis, materials selection, or circuit/system development)

- 3Proven track record in technical problem authorship or equivalent roles (e.g., olympiad committees, licensure item writing, academic exams, standards committees, competition leadership)
