micro1 is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join a remote project focused on training next-generation AI systems. In this role, you’ll leverage your deep knowledge of electronics—whether in analog circuits, digital circuits, RF, or power electronics—to create high-quality training data that helps AI models learn and reason more effectively. No prior AI experience is needed; your engineering expertise is what counts.
What You'll Do7
- 1Create and curate well-crafted multiple-choice questions tailored to your specific area of electrical engineering specialization.
- 2Write clear, concise explanations and detailed rubrics for each question, following best practices in instructional design.
- 3Review and validate the technical accuracy and educational value of AI-generated content related to electrical engineering concepts.
- 4Work asynchronously with the team to refine question quality and maintain high subject-matter standards.
- 5Provide actionable feedback on AI model performance based on your domain expertise to improve future outputs.
- 6Document and communicate complex technical ideas in both written and verbal formats for diverse audiences.
- 7Contribute to an evolving workflow designed to optimize the relevance and clarity of AI training data.
Requirements7
- 1An advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 2Deep expertise in at least one of the following: Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, RF (Radio Frequency), or Power Electronics with a focus on Integrated Circuits (IC).
- 3Proven experience in educational content creation, rubric design, or assessment development is highly valued.
- 4A background in teaching, tutoring, or facilitating learning within electrical engineering is a significant plus.
- 5Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for clarity and instructional value.
- 6Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality contributions on schedule within a remote project environment.
- 7Comfort with asynchronous collaboration tools and remote team communication.
