• Fact-check claims when the task calls for it, then give specific written feedback in English.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses on correctness and overall quality.
• For ARC items, compare the existing Tamil translation and an AI-proposed correction against the English source.
• Limit review to the question and answer choices, then choose one outcome: keep the original, accept the AI correction, edit the translation, or escalate.
• Write a brief review comment that explains the decision and preserves the source meaning, difficulty, answer structure, scientific terms, and protected elements.
• Apply the provided core and language-specific guidelines to every item.

• Native or near-native Tamil reading and writing skill.

• Sharp eye for subtle meaning shifts, literal translations, invented claims, and cultural mismatches.
• Self-directed work habits and consistent quality in an hourly remote contractor schedule across time zones.
