What You'll Do7

Requirements9
- 1Expert-level proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails

- 5Extensive hands-on work with API design and service-oriented systems
- 6Track record of providing mentorship and technical leadership within engineering teams
- 7Commitment to high code quality, automated testing, and software best practices
- 8Experience leading complex projects in fast-paced environments (preferred)
- 9Familiarity with scaling distributed systems, microservices, and modern DevOps practices (preferred)
