Requirements8
- 11–2+ years of production Ruby coding experience.
- 2Deep proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MVC patterns, and idiomatic Ruby constructs.
- 3Hands-on track record building and maintaining Rails apps under real-world production constraints.
- 4Ability to judge readability, maintainability, and correctness in Ruby and Rails code across models, controllers, and services.
- 5Extensive use of AI tooling with disciplined validation and peer review of outputs.
- 6Excellent English writing for clear, structured technical explanations and feedback.
- 7Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
