What You'll Do6

  • 4Experience leading teams of 10+ developers.
  • 5Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior management and clients.
  • 6PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • 7Analytical thinking to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • 8Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, and similar tools.
  • 9Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies in insurance.
