Technical Project Manager
Overview
The candidate owns end-to-end delivery of medium to complex SaaS / Data / GenAI programs, from customer discovery through production go-live and hypercare. They lead discovery workshops, translate ambiguous requirements into user stories and execution plans, and manage change requests with scope control. Delivery governance covers sprint planning, release management, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, quality gates, and continuous improvement. The role spans backend, frontend, mobile, and data engineering teams, using microservices, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP. The position demands technical depth and ownership, not mere coordination, including participation in architecture discussions and trade-off decisions.
What You'll Do12
- 1Own end-to-end delivery of SaaS, Data, and GenAI programs from discovery through production go-live and hypercare.

- 4Establish delivery governance with sprint planning, release management, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and quality gates.
- 5Validate estimates, capacity plans, and schedules for realistic execution.
- 6Monitor scope against capacity and make data-driven decisions.
- 7Mitigate delivery, technical, resourcing, and commercial risks.
- 8Manage cross-team dependencies and remove blockers.
- 9Act as the primary customer interface for expectations, escalations, and business outcomes.
- 10Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical trade-off decisions.
- 11Drive execution across backend, frontend, mobile, and data engineering teams.
- 12Promote observability, shift-left practices, and AI-assisted development.
Requirements11
- 1BE/MS in Computer Science or related field with 8-12 years of experience, including 4+ years leading cross-functional software product delivery.
- 2Proven experience delivering software products from concept to production in a service delivery environment.
- 3Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, estimation, release planning, and end-to-end project execution.
- 4Experience managing release readiness, production rollouts, rollback planning, hypercare, and customer acceptance.
- 5Ability to manage multiple workstreams, cross-team dependencies, and stakeholders.
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication with engineering, business stakeholders, customers, and leadership.
- 7Working knowledge of backend systems, REST APIs, and microservices architecture, with Node.js preferred.
- 8Understanding of system design principles including scalability, reliability, fault tolerance, and performance.
- 9Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and the deployment lifecycle.
- 10Experience with enterprise integrations involving IdP, Payment Gateways, CRM, ERP, and POS.
- 11Experience using AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot to improve delivery productivity.
