Requirements5
- 1MD or DO with 10+ years of attending-level hospitalist experience.

- 3Strong clinical judgment and ability to render clear decisions on complex or ambiguous cases.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5Experience leading or contributing to inpatient quality, documentation improvement, or coding/QA programs is a plus.
