micro1 is building a team of Senior Hospitalist Clinical Reviewers to support a project centered on inpatient quality and documentation. Requirements7
- 1MD or DO with 10+ years of attending-level hospitalist experience.
- 2Background in clinical quality, documentation review, medical auditing, or QA.
- 3Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make clear calls on complex or ambiguous cases.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5Experience with hospital quality assurance or medical audit processes.
- 6Comfort working independently in a remote setting.
- 7Experience leading or contributing to inpatient quality, documentation improvement, or coding/QA programs is a plus.
