Overview
micro1 is bringing on Hospitalist Physicians to support a customer project centered on inpatient care and documentation standards. - 3Solid grasp of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
- 4Comfort reading clinical notes and raw medical record data.

- 7Experience across different inpatient services or specialties is a plus.
Who Should Apply
This role fits a board-certified physician who still works in inpatient or hospitalist settings and enjoys digging through clinical notes and FHIR records. You should be comfortable applying a rubric to chart review and spotting gaps between claims and documentation. Candidates often get rejected when their inpatient experience is older than two years or when they lack hands-on chart review or QA work. Another common reason for low fit is treating documentation review as a quick pass instead of a careful, guideline-driven task.
