You will evaluate how AI handles U.S. securities law scenarios, including SEC enforcement, public offerings, and investment adviser rules. - Use a structured rubric to check issue spotting, rule accuracy, and application of the Howey test, Regulation D, and proxy solicitation rules.
- Spot weaknesses in AI reasoning on materiality, scienter, safe harbors, exempt offerings, and Dodd-Frank whistleblower protections.
- Write detailed annotations and feedback to help refine AI models.
- Work with researchers and project managers to keep evaluation standards consistent and aligned with project goals.
- Review AI outputs for compliance with securities law principles and provide clear, actionable notes.
Requirements6
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active or inactive bar admission.
- At least 3 years of U.S. legal practice in securities regulation, capital markets law, or financial services compliance.
- Solid grasp of the Securities Act, Exchange Act, Investment Company Act, and Investment Advisers Act.
- Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- High ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications1
- Interest in AI.
