
Sales Ops and Business Analytics Specialist
Overview
We’re seeking a Sales Ops and Business Analytics Specialist to strengthen the data, systems, and insights behind a growing revenue team. You’ll work closely with the Sales Operations Senior Lead to improve CRM operations, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting, using data to answer high-impact business questions. This role fits someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear insights and building scalable processes in a fast-moving remote environment. Key focus areas include dashboards, forecasting models, and cross-functional storytelling with leadership. The position is fully remote and aligns with a compensation package that includes equity and performance-based bonuses.
What You'll Do8
- 1Improve CRM operations through data hygiene, workflow automation, reporting, and user support.
- 2Maintain pipeline quality and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- 3Create and refine dashboards and performance reports covering pipeline health, conversion rates, seller productivity, and quota attainment.
- 4Analyze sales trends, funnels, conversion rates, and cohort performance to uncover opportunities and gaps.
- 5Enhance forecasting models using historical data and predictive signals.
- 6Support the adoption of new sales tools, CRM pipelines, and related processes.
- 7Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for executives and cross-functional teams.
- 8Tackle ad hoc analytical challenges across areas like incentive modeling, lead generation, KPIs, and recruitment funnels.
Requirements8
- 12–4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytics role.
- 2Hands-on experience with a modern CRM platform, with HubSpot preferred.
- 3Proven ability to build CRM reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- 4Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- 5Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is strongly preferred.
- 6Strong business judgment linking data and metrics to revenue impact and strategic decisions.
- 7Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- 8Comfort working with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and undefined problems.
