This hourly remote contract centers on evaluating romanian language outputs produced by AI and building precise reference content. Your feedback covers accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, and cultural alignment with product prompts. You identify meaning shifts, mistranslations, ambiguity, and inconsistencies, then deliver clear rewrites and model answers. You compare multiple AI responses and rate them to help improve Romanian output in ai data QA.

- 2Create high quality Romanian reference content and model answers that demonstrate best practices in writing.

- 4Evaluate and rank multiple AI outputs based on correctness and coherence.
- 5Flag unsafe or misleading claims and ensure outputs adhere to the prompt.
- 6Document guidelines and maintain terminology consistency across projects.
- 7Collaborate with teammates in a remote setting and contribute to glossary and rubric updates.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in linguistics, Romanian or English literature, communications, journalism, translation or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2Native or near native Romanian proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Professional English proficiency at least C1 to understand guidelines and provide feedback.
- 43+ years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, or related language work.
- 5Deep knowledge of Romanian grammar, diacritics, punctuation, spelling and style, with ability to explain corrections.
- 6Comfort managing formal and informal registers and consistent terminology for product or UI localization.
- 7Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent quality as a remote hourly contractor across time zones.
- 8Prior experience with AI data training, translation QA, editorial QA or rubric-based evaluation preferred.
